The range like Probiotics, Fructooligosaccharide, Mineral Mixture, IP Feed etc. offered by us is extensively used in pharmaceutical, food, detergent, textile & ceramic industries across the globe. Rajvi Enterprise is our sister concern.

The range available with us encompasses Di Calcium Phosphate IP/BP/USP/Anhydrous/Feed, Tri Calcium Phosphate LP., Instant Dry Yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae 20 billion CFU/gm), Enzyme & Enzymatic Preparations, Probiotics, Niacin I.P. & Feed, DL Methionine, L-Lysine, Chelated Mineral Mixture, Trace Mineral Mixture, Bulk Drugs & Fermentation Based Products and Feed/Biotechnology/Fermentation Based Products.

We have a well-established infrastructure comprising of a manufacturing unit spread over a sprawling area of 3000 sq ft with a significant installed capacity of 3000 units. This ensures the fast and effective formulation of our range as per the international quality standards.

The production process begins with the selection of raw materials having high nutritional value. Incoming raw-material passes through our labs for testing. Then the raw-material & premixes of medicines is mixed in the mixer under the strict supervision as per the formulation of the product. After this, analyst check the products in the lab, certain test are conducted for their analysis. After this, the material is packed in bags & stored in the dry place. We strictly follow our standards and abide by the quality and quantity process.

We have capacious warehouse for effective storage of feed supplements. Our personnel hold expertise regarding the safe storage of our range that needs to be stored in cool and dry place and away from direct sunlight and heat.  Therefore our warehouse is well equipped with optimum temperature, humidity and ventilation controllers. Every section is duly labeled which assists in fast and proper identification of stored products.   

Further, we have a separate department that ensures packaging is done effectively. For this, we use high quality hessian cloth, inserts, plates, jute cloth, HDPE bags, drums and vacuum bags to minimize the risk of spillage and adulteration. In addition, we ensure that packaging of every product is done under hygienic environmental conditions where temperature and humidity is monitored and controlled.
